Resepi Hi-Fibre Banana Cake




Yuhuuu!I'm back..kunun-kunun bizi..hahaha..pretty much la..a bit here and there..finally i have the courage to actually start a LITTLE SOMETHING..biarlah rahsia dulu yer..dah betul-betul jadi baru mama pukul canang..hahaha..


Yang ni dibuat khas untuk kawan mama..another gesture of appreciation for her support..thanks akak..saya sangat menghargainya...

Tadaaa..

Resepi di cedok dari resepi kek pisang tunggang terbalik mama hari tu..dengan taburan almond..not bad..in fact i like this one better..kurang manis dan sangat berserat..berjaya jugak menyiapkan kek ni sambil "berbattle" dengan si kecik Al-Fateh yang menjadi sangat cengeng sejak dah dua hari ni dia diserang demam..

Bahan-bahan..

1 cup all-purpose flour
2/4 cup whole meal flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
3/4 cup brown sugar-mama kurangkan kepada 2/4 sahaja
2 eggs (beaten)

1 teaspoon banana essence (mama tambah)
1/2 cup sour cream-mama ganti dengan yougurt natural Dutch Lady
2 overripe bananas (mashed)
1 cup chocolate chips

Almond slice secukupnya

Directions:

  1. Mix the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and in a large bowl. 
  2. Cream the butter and brown sugar in another bowl.
  3. Stir the eggs, sour cream and bananas into the butter and sugar.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture. Taburkan almond slice tadi.
Bakar pada suhu 200 degree selama 20-30 minit.
